(3). Sales Representatives - Full-Time

(For London, Ontario, Canada office as well as for Toronto, Kitchener and Waterloo area)

The key to success in this position is to initiate new business from current and potential clients seeking innovative web solutions. This includes Request for Proposal development, strategy consulting, and negotiation of the sales agreement to finalize a sale. The person selected will be responsible for leads generation, active communication with existing clients, and a networking development strategy for the sales department. Cyberteks Design's aggressive growth projections are dependent on a talented, aggressive, and innovative Sales Representative.

The candidate selected for this position needs to have 2-3 years experience in sales with a track record of aggressive sales growth for their organization. The ability to manage and foster multiple relationships with new and current clients is essential. The person must be able to handle the demands of a fast-growing company and provide direction to other functional departments in the area of improving new business development. Training is provided. Strong English Language skills (Oral and written) are required.

Objectives
1. Initiate new business through cold calling and prospecting potential customers.
2. Work with existing client base to gain future business and/or referrals for other projects with other organizations.
3. Respond in writing to Request for Proposals or Requests for Information.
4. Participate in appropriate networking functions.
5. Work with current sales executives to prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
6. Provide strategy consulting to potential and current clients on the latest technologies and practices as they relate to the Internet and the clients business needs.
