Windows CE PDA's (Personal Data Assistants) such as Compaq IPAQ, HP Jordana and Casiopedia, are Microsoft Windows based, therefore we can utilize some of the benefits found in Internet Explorer such as: Macromedia Flash and HTML compatibility. PDA's have less boundaries than cellular phones such as the ability to have larger file sizes, full color screen, and larger viewing area.
